Welcome to Pizi, a WhatsApp automation platform operated Automate · Engage · Grow ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service at frontend.heltog.com and its associated APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Service — the Pizi platform including the web application, APIs, and all related features.
• User / You — any individual or business entity that creates an account on the Service.
• Subscription — a paid plan that grants access to specific features and usage limits.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You shall not:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate WhatsApp's policies.
• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed as per the selected plan (monthly or annual). Payments are processed through Razorpay and/or Stripe. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. WhatsApp and Meta integration

The Service uses Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. Your use of WhatsApp features is subject to Meta's terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes or disruptions to Meta's APIs. Message delivery depends on Meta's infrastructure and recipient availability.

6. Data ownership

You retain ownership of your data (contacts, messages, templates, campaigns). We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for improving the Service.

7. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by Meta, payment processors, or force majeure events.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eydia.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
